I have to cancel my appointment on Mr. Steed. I am scheduled on my very first appointment today, June 10th. Mr. Steed texted me few days ago to confirm date and location. 11am when I texted him asking him what time is he coming because I haven’t heard anything from him since then, he replied and said he will be arriving at 1pm. I have waited until past 2pm, he never showed up. So I called him and he looked so surprised that I called, and he said he cannot come because his machine broke. I know sometimes things like this happen, but he should have atleast be professional and notified me about it. Instead of me waiting for him to come. I would not have known that he can’t come if I didn’t called him. He even mentioned that anyway he can’t come to Cut the grass because I watered the grass this morning. I said no I did not water them because I am expecting him to come. Mr. Steed should have been professional to inform customers about it as respect to other people’s time.
