My yard has not been mowed since October 29, ****. I had a mow be done for November 12, **** in which Tory cancelled it due to the grass did not need to be mow. I then had a mow scheduled for December 10, **** in which Tory cancelled service due to he was out of town and stated that he would come mow it the next day (December 11, ****) in which he then cancelled the mow again. I then reached out to Tory via text to see why the service was canceled knowing the yard is in need of mowing and have not received a response. Tory started off doing good, but then after I reached out to him regarding the glitch in the system his service was not all that great, he did not blow the yard debris off front porch. So I am not sure what happened after that, but I hope if he does your yard stay on top of it. This experience has not been the best, if I schedule t have my yard mow on a specific date then it should be honored or be given another suggestion.

As the owner, I personally have been in landscaping for roughly three years since finishing my contract in the US Army. My oldest brother and I started up our partner company Dukes Lawn Care services in 2018 which now services over 50 homes in the Lakeland area. With the success of that company growing and leaning more toward commercial bids, we are now starting this second company in order to continue servicing smaller residential areas of Lakeland.
