Fence is hard to open, but no lock. Tttf grass, a little tough. Looking for roughly 3-4 inches tall / not super low/scalped. Grass is tall currently (post-winter).

There are gates leading to the back lawn on both sides of the house. I have no problem fitting my push mower through with plenty of room to spare. Gates remain unlocked
