Unprofessional, rescheduled at the last minute yesterday. Then today I asked if he was still cutting since it was way after 2:00 PM and he told me he normally cut in the mornings. How are you offended by me asking if you are cutting my grass today?! This is the messages below, where was I disrespectful or rude? Me: Hello, please confirm if you will be cutting grass today. If not please cancel it so I can find someone else. Thank you His response: I will be there by 4:30 today but please feel free to find someone else if I'm not moving fast enough for you I one more before you please do what you feel is best for you He already had rescheduled me the day before, he should have just cancelled wasting peoples time. Zero stars given!
