There is a fence gate but does not have a lock, there is a recently buried Internet wire in the front yard as well.

Not picky when, but hopefully within a week or so. Looking for someone reliable but can work with a bit of an unknown schedule bc I just started service to help get more grass instead of weeds, will need variability of mowing as this process gets underway

Need lawn cut front and back, plus really needs edging. While I did check the box that says it hasn’t been cut for a few weeks, there are only a few strips of taller weeds. Lawn is mostly so brown and dry that it hasn’t grown much, so not very overgrown.
