Would not recommend this person. I told him i wanted soemone to take care of 2 of my properties and he agreed. After 2 months he just simply disappeared. I tried reaching out to him and he doesn't answer my texts. Left my lawn looking like a jungle. Had to scramble to hite another person and pay more money because of the labor will be extra
