This is my daughters new rental house, I know how expensive mowing is and she don’t have a mower, so I thought it would be nice to give her a lawn mowing! Thank you!

Important: there is a 4-digit combination lock on the fence door. It is 3411. Also, please meet with me for a few mins before you mow so that I tell you which parts of the area i am responsible for according to my hoa, as there is a front and side sidewalk sections that need to be mowed.

We have a courtyard that doesn't really have much grass in it right now so it doesn't need to be mowed too often. Additionally, I just mowed the yard today, Thursday, June 19th.
